Carmakoma: Unspoken Fiction

Wie ihr vielleicht Anfang der Woche gelesen habt, war ich vor kurzen mit anderen internationalen Plus Size Bloggern auf der Kopenhagen Fashion Show unterwegs. Ich hatte unter anderem das Vergnügen die Frühling/Sommer Kollektion von Carmakoma zu sehen. Die Kollektion wurde betitelt mit “Unspoken Fiktion”

Die Show fand unter freiem Himmel statt. Der Catwalk war direkt vor dem Hotel Ibsen aufgebaut. Ich denke die Idee dabei war, freien Zutritt für alle zu gewähren und dabei eine Party-Atmosphäre zu kreieren. Ich mag die Idee, dass die ganze Welt daran teilhaben konnte, weil die Show als Lifestream übertragen wurde. Das Gesicht der Veranstaltung war das schöne und sehr erfolgreiche Plus Size Model Fluvia Lacerda. Wer Sie noch nicht kennt, der kann sich mit Hilfe des beigefügten Links zu ihrer Deutschen Agentur Curve Model Management ein Bild von ihr machen.

Die Kollektion war eigentlich so schön und ansprechend wie immer, mit einem Touch von Monochrom, Mustern und Materialmix. Sehr skandinavisch und edgy wie die typische Carmakoma Frau! Nach der Show hatten wir die Möglichkeit, uns mit den anderen Bloggern auszutauschen und uns die Kollektion in Ruhe anzuschauen.

Ich muss sagen, mir hat die letzte Kollektion etwas besser gefallen. Aber wer mich ein bisschen kennt, weiß dass das keine große Überraschung ist! Meine Bloggerkollegin, Lisa von Lisamosh musste lachen über meinen Kommentar: “Ja, schöne Ansätze in der Kollektion aber die Letzte war dann doch mehr nach meinem Geschmack.

Aber ich denke, dass Carmakoma immer noch auf einem guten Weg ist, für uns Plus Size Ladies Kleidung zu designen mit einer modernen Linienführung und guten Stoffen in einer großartigen Qualität. Ich bin immer glücklich, wenn es Labels gibt, die sich wirklich der Bedürfnisse und Wünsche von uns Curvy Ladies annehmen.

Ich mag  im Großen und Ganzen das Design von Carmakoma, die Vision und was sie für Plus Size Fashion auf die Beine stellen. Hattet Ihr schon die Gelegenheit, die Show zu sehen? Carmakoma : Unspoken Fiction

As you may have read last week , I was recently in Copenhagen with some fellow plus-size bloggers at the Copenhagen fashion week.
I also had had the pleasure to view the 2015 Spring/Summer collection from carmakoma. Carmakoma has named their collection “Unspoken Fiction”. The show took place outside: the catwalk was immediately in front of the Hotel Ibsen I think the idea was to make it open to the public, thereby creating a party feeling.I like the idea that the whole world was able to see this show: the event was also available on the internet as a livestream.
The show was hosted by the beautiful and famous plus-size model, Fluvia Lacerda. The collection was just as beautiful and appealing as always with a touch of monochrome, patterns and a mix of materials; Scandinavian and edgy just like the typical carmakoma woman! After the show, I found a significant number of nice write-ups by various bloggers.

I must say I liked the last collection more. But if you know me a little bit, then you will know that this is not particularly surprising! My fellow blogger, Lisa, from Lisa Mosh had to laugh about my comment, “ja, nice collection and modern but the last collection is more me!”

But I stil think that the caramkoma brand is still on a good way towards giving us plus size ladies clothes that have modern lines, made of good fabric and have fantastlic quality. I’ve always been happy that there is a brand that takes into considerations the desires of “curvy” ladies!! I love the camakoma’s design and vision and what they’re doing for plus-size fashion.
